Job summary

Gridsight, a lean, global team, is expanding in the UK and Europe to deploy its grid-edge SaaS platform. You will turn network data into clear insights and work directly with customers from pre-sales through deployment, shaping how our data model and product fit regulatory contexts.

You will own delivery end-to-end, working with Power Engineers and customers to ensure practical, scalable outcomes while writing the playbook for the region's future hires.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data craft with hands-on data transformation and validation.
• Commercial instincts and ability to engage in pre-sales conversations.
• Excellent customer-facing communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to rapidly learn unfamiliar technical territory and design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Turn network data (AMI, topology, and telemetry) into clear analysis and visualisations for a DNO or DSO to act on.
• Stretch across the whole customer relationship: pre-sales, pilots, and deployments.
• Execute end-to-end delivery from solution design to customer outcomes, not just analysis.
• Wrangle messy, real-world data and be explicit about data quality.
• Lead customer discussions in pilots, present findings, and translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Shape how our data model and platform fit UK/European operators and feed patterns back to Product.
• Build the regional delivery playbook to accelerate future hires.
