The Green Recruitment Company is assisting a major UK energy group that is new to the iDNO market. You would join the founding team as Commercial Manager, shaping the commercial function from day one and leading proposition development, pricing and route-to-market across priority segments.

You’ll build a sustainable pipeline, negotiate customer proposals and influence investment decisions while collaborating with leadership, regulatory, engineering teams and the wider group to create

Formación

• Commercial or business development experience in electricity infrastructure, connections or distributed energy.
• Strong negotiation, proposition and relationship-development skills.
• An understanding of DNO/iDNO, ICP or infrastructure-adoption markets.
• Experience developing pricing tools or investment propositions.
• Sound commercial judgement balancing growth, risk and return.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the commercial and go-to-market strategy.
• Build relationships with ICPs, developers, EV infrastructure providers and major customers.
• Lead pricing strategy and the development of an asset value pricing tool.
• Own customer proposals and commercial negotiation through to project investment decision.
• Build and manage the opportunity pipeline and market intelligence.
• Support contracting, business-case updates and investment decisions.
• Work with other businesses in the group to develop differentiated propositions.
