Qualifications

• 4+ years building full-stack apps with Node/React or Python/React.
• Experience in a fast-moving, high-agency engineering environment.
• CS, Engineering, or STEM degree from a top-tier university.
• Strong product instinct and ability to operate in early-stage environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering direction in a zero-to-one environment and influence product decisions.
• Ship high-impact features in a fast-paced startup context.
• Collaborate closely with founding engineers and users to resolve bottlenecks and shape the product.
