Job summary

Futureheads is partnering with a fully funded, early-stage AI startup building a groundbreaking voice and text application. This Technical Product Manager role sits at the intersection of AI capability, engineering reality, and real user needs, collaborating closely with the Founder/Technical Lead and ML/backend engineers.

You will own end-to-end AI system requirements, balance quality, latency and cost, and translate complex evaluation results into concrete product decisions that ship.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and system design experience.
• Hands-on with LLM-based products and model evaluation.
• Ability to ship end-to-end as part of a founding team.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI system requirements - from model capability through to real user impact.
• Translate evaluation results and data constraints into clear product and engineering decisions.
• Build and evolve evaluation frameworks across offline metrics, live experiments and human feedback.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with ML, backend and mobile engineers on system design and iteration.
• Own product quality end-to-end: correctness, predictability, and user trust.
• Drive execution through sharp specs, strong judgement, and relentless prioritisation.
