Job summary

Tiro Partners Limited is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, deploy and improve AI applications that solve real business problems in production settings.

You’ll work on LLM-powered solutions, from idea to production, applying ML and statistics to real-world data and collaborating with product teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience building LLM / Generative AI applications.
• Excellent Python skills and production-quality development experience.
• Experience with datasets, model evaluation and/or fine-tuning.
• Strong foundations in Machine Learning and Statistics.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership.

You're an AI Engineer who wants to build things that actually get used — this could be a very interesting one.

A leading global professional services organisation is building out its AI capabilities and is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join its growing team.

This isn't a research-only role or a succession of POCs. You'll be designing, building, deploying and improving AI applications that solve genuine business problems — with LLMs and Generative AI at the heart of the role.
