167 Solutions is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join their expanding AI function in London. You will design, develop and deploy production-grade AI solutions, collaborating with AI leads, product teams and data scientists to deliver enterprise applications.

The role focuses on cutting-edge AI technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, retrieval augmented generation, and multi-modal AI, with a hybrid working model and strong career progression toward Senior AI Engineer or AI Technical

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in ML solutions.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies.
• RAG implementation experience.
• NLP and Conversational AI development.
• Model training, testing and evaluation.
• Prompt Engineering and AI workflow optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI/ML solutions into production.
• Build and optimise Generative AI apps with LLMs.
• Develop RAG architectures and AI agents.
• Create speech-to-text and voice AI solutions.
• Build chatbots, virtual assistants and conversational AI platforms.
• Develop APIs and microservices for AI apps.
• Create scalable data pipelines for AI training and inference.
• Fine-tune and evaluate ML models.
• Collaborate with software teams to embed AI capabilities.
• Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable and governance-compliant.
• Contribute to architectural discussions in design sessions.
