Oho Group in London is looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to help turn a bold AI product into reality. You will build across the stack, from backend to user-facing interfaces, and shape early architecture as the platform scales.

Join an extremely small team with massive ownership, tackle difficult AI challenges, work with Python and/or TypeScript, and own projects from idea to deployment in the earliest stage.

Qualifications

• Strong Full Stack engineering background.
• Significant hands-on experience building with AI/LLMs in production.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript.
• Comfortable owning projects from idea to deployment.
• Naturally curious about how AI systems actually work.
• Founder mentality: high agency, pragmatic and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing.

Responsibilities

• Build across the product, from backend systems to user-facing applications.
• Design and ship AI-powered functionality into production.
• Work with LLMs, agents, retrieval and complex data.
• Make key architectural decisions as the platform scales.
• Work directly with the founding team and have a major say in what gets built.
