Job summary

Oho Group in London is looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to help turn a bold AI product into reality. You will build across the stack, from backend to user-facing interfaces, and shape early architecture as the platform scales.

Join an extremely small team with massive ownership, tackle difficult AI challenges, work with Python and/or TypeScript, and own projects from idea to deployment in the earliest stage.

Qualifications

• Strong Full Stack engineering background.
• Significant hands-on experience building with AI/LLMs in production.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript.
• Comfortable owning projects from idea to deployment.
• Naturally curious about how AI systems actually work.
• Founder mentality: high agency, pragmatic and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing.

An early-stage technology company is hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to help turn a highly ambitious AI product into reality. The team is tackling genuinely difficult problems around AI agents, complex data and real-world built systems.
