Job summary

Give A Grad A Go Company is seeking a Founder's Associate in London to lead executive education programmes and drive business development. You will manage events, client relationships and the sales pipeline while working directly with the founders and senior sponsors.

The role offers a 12-month contract with a clear progression path, an in-office environment, and daily exposure to the founders and senior clients, along with a strong emphasis on AI tools and rapid learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, social media or PR, and exposure to sales pipelines, proposals or short-form video.
• Experience organising events or programmes with attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills for campaigns, emails or proposals.
• Strong spoken communication with senior clients.
• Daily use of AI tools and curiosity about the field.

Responsibilities

• Run executive education programmes from kick-off to completion, including logistics and budgets.
• Own delegate communications from joining instructions to follow-up.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, contracts, POs, invoicing and reporting.
• Set up and run CRM, analyze sales pipeline and campaigns.
• Produce client proposals and build a library of templates and case studies.
