Job summary

AGS, a London-based cybersecurity SaaS business, seeks a proactive Founder’s Associate to work directly with the Founder and leadership team. The role blends operations, commercial growth and AI-enabled process improvements across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience driving operational improvements in a small business or startup.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects from ideation to completion.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to support growth initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.
• Clear communicator able to coordinate actions across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive decisions into actionable plans with clear owners and deadlines.
• Prepare decision briefs including options and financial considerations.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automated solutions using AI where appropriate.
• Support recruitment, contracting and general business operations with Finance & Operations.
• Assist with GTM activities, sales outreach, events and marketing campaigns.
