Job summary

Avant Arte is seeking a highly organised Founder’s Associate in London to work directly with the co-founder/CEO as a trusted partner. The role combines executive support with strategic, operational and cross-functional contributions, reporting to the CEO.

You will be based in London, handling complex scheduling, travel planning and high‑level communications, while contributing to company strategy and investor relations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting founders or C-suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Executive support and prioritisation: manage the CEO's diary, organise time around priorities, coordinate meetings across time zones, prepare agendas and briefing notes, and manage confidential communications.
• Executional leverage: extend the CEO's work, build relationships, improve information flow and processes, spot problems early.
• Strategy and leadership rhythms: support OKR setting and tracking, lead SLT rhythms, enable idea generation and decision making.
• Strategic projects and investor relations: assist investor reporting, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, conduct research and prepare insights.
