Page Personnel in London is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Founder who will become a strategic partner, managing diaries, travel, and day-to-day operations. This is a no-two-days-same role in a fast-scaling AI start-up where your emotional intelligence helps leaders work more effectively.

Beyond traditional EA duties, you will help onboard new starters, shape the office atmosphere, and coordinate offices abroad, including hiring staff overseas.

Qualifications

• Experience in high growth companies or similar fast-scaling environments.
• Ambitious with a clear drive to be at the forefront of a rapidly growing business.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Diary management and travel booking for the Founder.
• Act as a strategic partner using emotional intelligence to optimise executives’ time.
• Assist with onboarding new starters and shaping the office atmosphere.
• Source and arrange set up of offices abroad; hire staff overseas and manage international expansion projects.
