Job summary

Gigaton is building autonomous AI control systems to cut carbon in heavy industries. As Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the CEO on sales, marketing, hiring, fundraising and expansion, with a role that evolves as needs shift.

Qualifications

• Extensive ownership mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for external emails, briefs and public materials.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate work and influence others to adopt them.
• Analytical thinking with ability to build basic financial analyses and market narratives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for meetings with manufacturers and ensuring follow-up actions.
• Redesign customer-ready assessments and build automation to keep documents current.
• Help resolve partner agreements and drive toward fair, clear outcomes.
• Support stakeholder mapping and develop proposals for engagement and collaboration.
• Coordinate with marketing to produce content for events and leadership communications.
