ManaMind is building a VC-backed AI startup and seeks a high‑impact Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders on the highest‑leverage problems. You will drive cross‑functional initiatives, shape strategy, and help scale the company from its early stage.

The role offers close exposure to the founders and the opportunity to influence product, operations, and go‑to‑market decisions. The position combines in‑person collaboration on Tuesday–Thursday with remote work otherwise, and may involve

Qualifications

• Experience supporting founders or executive leadership in a fast-paced startup.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable tasks.
• Comfort working across strategy, operations, and product.
• Demonstrated reliability and high-level ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive high‑impact cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, from GTM to product launches.
• Support founders in strategic decisions, investor communications, and board materials.
• Build and improve internal systems such as workflows, tooling, reporting, and processes that scale.
• Support sales execution: outreach, CRM management, partnerships, and deal coordination.
• Join customer calls, synthesize feedback, and translate it into actionable product input.
