Job summary

West Herts Foundation Studies team is seeking term-time Learning Support Assistants to help learners with disabilities. You will support personalised learning opportunities and assist in delivering high-quality teaching.

Working with diverse learners, you will prepare and monitor individual learning plans and EHCPs, maintain records, and support the learner assessment process. On-site at Watford campus with a proactive, team-based approach.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with diverse needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
