Our team supports students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the College, including within Foundation Learning. Working closely with teaching staff, specialist agencies and families, we help students overcome barriers to learning and develop the confidence, independence and skills needed for adult life. Foundation Learning provides personalised programmes for students aged 16-22 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The curriculum is built around the four Preparing for Adulthood pathways: Alongside academic and personal development, students benefit from a broad enrichment programme including enterprise, employability, sport, arts and independent living experiences.
