Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club invites applications for a Foundation Phase Coach to work with the U10s in Warwickshire. You will lead the academy development programme, plan and deliver sessions, and liaise with other age groups to support player progression across the FP and Pre-Academy.

The role requires UEFA B Licence, FA Youth Award (or progression) and EFAiF, with excellent leadership and communication skills to nurture young talent within a prestigious Category One Academy.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering coaching sessions to Foundation Phase players.
• Ability to plan, deliver and monitor elite football programmes.
• Strong communication with players and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the FP development programme for the U10 age group.
• Oversee coaching, matchday management and player development activities.
• Plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate high-quality training sessions and matches.
• Coordinate player development programmes and trialist experiences.
• Contribute to the games programme and maintain performance records.
• Provide regular feedback to players and parents.
