Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club is seeking a Foundation Phase Coach to lead the development programme for the U10 age group at our Boys Academy. You will deliver high-quality training, manage matches and support multi-disciplinary teams to develop technical and personal growth in young players.

The role requires planning and evaluation of training, strong communication with players and parents, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience of coaching Foundation Phase age players.
• Strong planning, delivery and monitoring of elite football programmes.
• Excellent communication with players, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the FP development programme for the U10 age group.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality training sessions and matches.
• Coordinate player development programmes and manage trialist experiences.
• Maintain accurate performance records and support domestic/international tournaments.

Education

UEFA B Licence

FA Youth Award or working towards

Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF)
