Job summary

Apex Group Foundation is building a world-class philanthropic platform in London. The Foundation Operations & Administration Manager will lead day-to-day administration, diary management, governance, records, reporting and processes to support growth and impact.

You will also drive donor engagement, fundraising campaigns and the flagship London Gala, while building a donor management system and ensuring strong internal and external stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/interest in Social Impact: donor engagement, partnerships, or related roles.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills for foundation operations and governance.
• Experience with CRM/databases and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of the Foundation, including diary management, governance, records and reporting.
• Plan, deliver and grow the London Gala, including attendee management and sponsorship admin.
• Build and maintain donor management data, relationships and communications.
