Job summary

UCS College Group is seeking a motivated practitioner to deliver high-quality Teaching, Learning and Assessment across the Foundation Learning timetable. The role focuses on re-engaging learners with SEND/SEMH and barriers to learning, helping them gain confidence, independence and employability skills.

The successful candidate will build positive relationships, manage challenging situations, and tailor teaching to meet diverse needs, supporting EHCP outcomes and progression destinations.

• Experience working with learners with SEND and SEMH.
