Job summary

UCS College Group is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee a team of Learning Support Assistants, providing day-to-day guidance, morning briefings, and regular 1:1 meetings to support learners with SEND.

The role works closely with curriculum staff to tailor support programmes, including equipment support, mentoring, and exam access arrangements, with opportunities for hybrid working and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in an education setting.
• Knowledge of SEND requirements and inclusive practices.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Learning Support Assistants to deliver high-quality support.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, morning briefings, and regular 1:1 meetings with staff.
• Coordinate developmental reviews and appraisals and link with curriculum staff to tailor support.
