Kingston College seeks a Lecturer to support Foundation Learning students, providing tutorial and pastoral guidance for those with learning disabilities or difficulties. You will design and deliver innovative teaching, including Maths/English for SEND learners, and oversee practical work and assessment projects, while pursuing ongoing professional development and inclusive teaching strategies.

You will join a team focused on progression pathways and vocational curriculum development within FE,

Qualificações

• Hold a recognised teaching qualification (or be working towards one).
• Experience in inclusive learning strategies for learners with SEND.
• Ability to embed Maths, English, employability and life skills into teaching.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver teaching and assessment across Foundation Learning, including Maths and English for SEND learners.
• Provide tutorial and pastoral support to groups with learning disabilities/difficulties.
• Design and deliver engaging learning materials and vocational programmes.
• Coordinate and supervise practical work, events and assessment projects.
