Job summary

Kingston College is seeking a Lecturer to support students within the Foundation Learning area, delivering teaching and assessment across both academic and vocational strands. You will provide tutorial and pastoral support to groups including learners with SEND, and monitor work experience activities.

You will design engaging learning materials, embed Maths and English where needed, and coordinate practicals and projects while promoting inclusive progression pathways for all students.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards one).
• Experience embedding Maths, English, employability and life skills into teaching.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive learning strategies and progression pathways.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching and assessment across foundation and vocational areas.
• Design and deliver learning materials and activities for a diverse learner cohort.
• Provide tutorial and pastoral support to students, including those with SEND.
• Coordinate and supervise practical work, events and assessment projects.
