Job summary

Kingston College is seeking a Lecturer to support students within the Foundation Learning area of the College. You will provide tutorial and pastoral support to groups of learners with learning disabilities and/or difficulties, while also monitoring and supporting work experience activities.

You will develop, implement and promote innovative teaching, learning and assessment strategies that drive progression and achievement for learners in an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing pastoral support to learners with additional learning needs.
• Ability to develop and deliver innovative teaching, learning and assessment strategies.
• Experience monitoring and supporting work experience activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tutorials and assessments for Foundation Learning learners.
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students with disabilities or difficulties.
• Monitor and support students during work experience placements.
