Job summary

Thrive Fostering is seeking a Registered Fostering Manager to lead and develop all aspects of the fostering service, ensuring Ofsted compliance and adherence to the Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011 and National Minimum Standards.

You will oversee the operational, strategic and commercial performance of the agency while ensuring children, young people and foster carers receive the highest quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fostering services with Ofsted compliance.
• Proven ability to build Local Authority partnerships.
• Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive growth and oversee budgets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop business growth strategies and partnerships.
• Lead safeguarding across the agency and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee placement services and foster carer support and reviews.
• Manage agency systems, processes and performance reporting.
• Lead staff supervision, recruitment and professional development.
• Deliver placement targets and monitor service quality.
