Job summary

YOURRECRUIT LIMITED near Northwood seeks an experienced Registered Manager (Fostering) to lead and develop its fostering service. You will provide strategic leadership for social work teams, ensure safeguarding, and drive outcomes for children in care, looked after children and foster carers.

With Social Work England registration and a recognised social work qualification, you will oversee performance, quality improvement and Ofsted readiness in a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience in fostering or children’s services.
• Strong knowledge of Fostering Services Regulations 2011 and Ofsted inspection framework.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise and develop social care teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Independent Fostering Agency (IFA) in line with regulations and standards.
• Oversee recruitment, assessment, approval and ongoing support of foster carers.
• Ensure safeguarding, quality assurance and regulatory compliance across the service.
