Job Title: Fostering Recruitment Manager
Salary: £44,756 per annum (increasing to £49,729 in 18 months) + £750 per annum Homeworking Allowance
Hours: 35 Hours per week
Contract: Permanent Role
Location: Home-based in West Midlands, with travel required across the West Midlands area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join TACT as a Fostering Recruitment Manager as we invest in recruiting new foster families. We believe in a relational, trauma-informed approach to recruitment, combining targeted local marketing and relationship-building with the support of a centralised Recruitment Development Manager dedicated to continuous improvement.

The Fostering Recruitment Manager will be located in the West Midlands, and travel across the region will be required. An Enhanced DBS clearance is required for this role and will be processed by TACT on your behalf.
