Job summary

Alguna is seeking a customer-focused engineer who ships working solutions directly with customers. You will own end-to-end deployments, including design, build, deploy, monitor and iterate, while turning customer feedback into repeatable patterns.

You will operate across codebases, APIs and data, collaborating with engineering, product and customer success to speed up value delivery and reduce friction for customers.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, constraints and goals.
• Build forward-deployed integrations, data pipelines and product extensions.
• Turn repeated customer needs into scalable product improvements and reusable patterns.
• Triage and fix issues when customers are blocked and communicate clearly.
• Own end-to-end implementations from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Create templates, tooling and docs to speed up future deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and customer success to prioritize and ship.
