Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers — experienced Technical Builders who design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. You'll work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build solutions that go live in production from day one, across multiple accounts with measurable business impact.

You'll work on full-stack deployment, data pipelines, and integrations with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and drive adoption.
• Develop and integrate data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Create end-to-end components from architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Share best practices and enable customers to operate independently after engagements.
