Forward Deployed AI Engineer - Cardiff

Our client is looking to hire a couple of experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineers to join their Growing AI & Software team. In this position, you will lead on the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, guide technical direction, and mentor a growing team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Design advanced solutions including automation, RAG, and LLM-based workflows

Skills & Experience

This is a hybrid role in central Cardiff, with a starting salary of up to £45,000 - £53,000 depending on experience.

Unfortunately our client is unable to offer sponsorship for this position. In order to be considered you must have full right to work in the UK and live within commuting distance of Cardiff.
