ZeinCrew is recruiting exceptional Forward Deployed Engineers on behalf of one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world. This is a full-time, direct-hire role—join the client directly as a core team member, with ZeinCrew handling the initial sourcing and evaluation.

You will write production code, tackle hard systems problems, collaborate with client engineers, and own deployments from start to finish, including 25–50% travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering with production code experience.
• Experience shipping and debugging production software.
• Ability to travel 25–50% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end-to-end from design to organizational adoption.
• Write production code, build integrations, and develop features when off-the-shelf workflows fall short.
• Debug production systems to remove integration friction and improve reliability.
• Gather field feedback to shape product roadmaps and feature priorities.
• Lead technical demos, architectural reviews, and pilots with client eng leads.
• Travel to client sites 25–50% as needed.
