Job summary

The Fruition Group, based in Leeds, is seeking a Deployed AI Engineer to help deliver real-world AI solutions for clients. You will own AI-driven projects from prototype to MVP, working on RAG, AI agents, and MCP within client environments and the company's internal AI platform.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in clean code, testing, and production systems.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript with backend/data engineering experience.
• Experience delivering production LLM/AI applications to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions using RAG, AI agents, LLM integrations and MCP.
• Take solutions from prototype to production, ensuring security, scalability, guardrails and observability.
• Develop AI evaluation/testing frameworks to measure accuracy and reliability.
• Work with complex client data, integrations and enterprise environments.
• Demo progress to clients and iterate based on feedback.
• Develop and evolve the internal AI platform and reusable accelerators.
• Upskill client engineering teams and stay updated on AI tech trends.
