Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Forward Deployed Agentic AI Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI solutions within the Health, Wealth & Career segment. You will own the full lifecycle from architecture to deployment, embedding AI into real workflows and integrating with enterprise systems in a hybrid role.

You will lead multi-disciplinary collaboration, mentor engineers, and shape adoption of AI across the organisation while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Experience designing production applications with APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions using Anthropic Claude and MCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled applications, copilots, agents, and extraction pipelines.
• Partner with business teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical delivery across teams.
