Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed with client teams and operationalize AI platforms within complex enterprises. You will own outcomes such as time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability, translating platform capability into measurable business value.

The role emphasizes rapid experimentation to move from pilot to production and to design scalable enterprise AI architectures.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization).
• Minimum of 1 year of deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) including multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience deploying to production, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring and debugging.
• Proven ability to articulate business value to senior stakeholders in measurable terms.

Responsabilidades

• Embed directly with client teams to deploy, scale, and operationalize AI platforms inside enterprise environments.
• Own production outcomes end-to-end: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity and scalability with business metrics.
• Move from ambiguous problems to production-ready systems through rapid prototyping.
• Design and govern AI architectures across identity, data, security, governance and workflow integration.
• Translate technical architecture into business impact for CTO/CFO/CISO and shape use case roadmaps.
• Build reusable patterns, playbooks, and accelerators for client ownership after engagement.
• Lead design workshops, proofs of concept, architecture walkthroughs with client teams.
• Codify learnings to scale across engagements and grow the FDE practice.
