Job summary

PHL UK Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive/Sales Representative to sell new and used forklifts, material handling equipment and plant machinery across the UK and overseas. You will speak to customers by phone, email and face to face, preparing quotations and following up leads.

Training is provided, no forklift experience is required, and you will join a busy team in Basingstoke. The role offers a salary between £25,600 and £34,500 per year, with 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English.
• Confident speaking to customers on the phone.
• Comfortable using computers (email, Word, Excel) and learning CRM systems.
• Well organised with good attention to detail when preparing quotations.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers regularly by phone, email and face to face.
• Sell new and used forklifts and material handling equipment in the UK and overseas.
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up sales leads.
• Prepare quotations and follow them up with customers.
• Build relationships with existing customers and expand the customer base.
• Keep accurate customer and sales records in our CRM and systems.
