Job summary

Workchain is recruiting for a FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative in Bicester, Oxfordshire. This temp-to-perm role suits an experienced operative with Counterbalance and Reach licences, capable of supporting picking and packing during a busy shift.

You'll load and unload wagons, move stock within the warehouse, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The position offers consistent hours, overtime, on-site parking, and a clear progression from temp to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence covering Counterbalance and Reach.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Able to load and unload vehicles with FLT.
• Good attention to detail, reliability and punctuality.
• Team-focused with ability to work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach FLT to load/unload wagons.
• Move stock within the warehouse to allocated locations.
• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
