Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Forklift Driver / Production Operative for a global food manufacturer in Harlow. You will operate a counterbalance forklift and assist with general production tasks across rotating shifts.

Shifts include early, late and occasional nights. Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours, with some weekend work. A valid licence is required; PPT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (in-date).
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move goods and assist production as required.
• Provide general production support and ensure safe operations.
• Follow shift patterns and maintain accurate site records.

Status: Immediate start, ongoing temporary work Requirements
Licence: Valid Counterbalance Forklift (In-date)
Advantage: PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) experience
Experience: Previous warehouse or manufacturing background
Duties: Forklift driving plus general production support. Shifts & Hours
Pattern: Monday to Friday, rotating weekly
Early: 06:00 - 14:00
Late: 14:00 - 22:00
Nights: 22:00 - 06:00 (Occasional opportunities - may come available ) Perks
Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours ( some weekends )
Longevity: Ongoing work with steady overtime potential.
