Job summary

Pertemps Northampton in Desborough is looking for a reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our manufacturing team on a permanent 2-10 shift. You will operate the forklift, load/unload materials, move stock, and support factory operations as needed.

The role requires a valid in-date Counterbalance Licence, prior FLT driving experience, and a hands-on, team-focused approach in a busy production environment. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Location: Desborough

Pay Rate: £16.37 per hour

Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Hours: Full-time on temporary to permanent contract

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team on a permanent 2-10 shift.

This is a varied role where you will spend time operating the forklift and supporting the factory team when required. We are looking for someone who is happy to take a hands-on approach and work as part of a busy manufacturing environment.
