Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is hiring a Counterbalance Truck Driver for our Feltham warehouse. This hands-on role requires safe operation of Counterbalance FLTs and carrying out general warehouse duties. Shifts are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime and permanent placement.

You must have a valid Counterbalance licence and warehouse experience. You'll handle loading/unloading, handballing, transport stock around the site, and work as part of a safety-conscious team

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Truck licence is required.
• Previous warehouse experience in a similar role is required.
• Manual handling competency and physical fitness are essential.
• Willingness to work a 4 on 4 off rota and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance FLTs safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles and pallets.
• Transport stock around the warehouse and keep areas organised.
• Perform manual handling and handballing as required.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.

About the Role:

We are seeking

experienced Counterbalance Truck Drivers to join our growing warehouse team in

FELTHAM

This is a

hands-on role where you'll be responsible for safely operating

Counterbalance FLTs, as well as carrying out

general warehouse duties, including some

handballing (manual loading and unloading).

The position works on a 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with the need to be flexible

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating

Counterbalance FLTs safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading vehicles and pallets
• Transporting stock throughout the warehouse and maintaining organisation

Manual handling and handballing when required

• Supporting general warehouse operations when needed

Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance Truck licence

• Previous warehouse experience in a similar role
• Comfortable with

manual handling and physically fit

Flexibility to work both days and nights on a 4 on 4 off rota

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices
