Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative in our busy UK warehouse. The role combines safe Counterbalance FLT operation with general warehouse duties across rotating day and afternoon shifts.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Counterbalance FLT certificate, have PPT experience, and demonstrate reliability, physical fitness and strong English communication to support smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant warehouse experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklift safely to move, load, unload and position stock.
• Transport pallets and materials around the warehouse.
• Use PPT equipment as required.
• Carry out general warehouse duties: picking, packing, loading, unloading, stock movement.
• Support efficient movement and storage of goods throughout the warehouse.
• Complete equipment checks and report faults or safety concerns.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.

Counterbalance FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative

Shifts Available: Monday to Friday - Rotating Shifts

Shift Patterns

• Day Shift: 07:00 - 15:00

• Afternoon Shift: 15:00 - 23:00

Please note: This is a rotating shift pattern, and candidates must be available to work both the day and afternoon shifts.

We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join our team in a busy warehouse environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently, with additional warehouse operative duties as required.

Candidates must hold a valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT certificate, have previous PPT experience, and be confident carrying out both forklift driving and general warehouse tasks.

Applicants must be reliable, physically fit, flexible, and able to drive with their own reliable transport to ensure punctual attendance for their allocated shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and position stock.

• Transporting pallets and materials around the warehouse and designated storage areas.

• Using PPT equipment as required.

• Carrying out general warehouse duties when required, including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and moving stock.

• Supporting the efficient movement and storage of goods throughout the warehouse.

• Completing relevant equipment checks and reporting any faults or safety concerns.

• Following all health and safety procedures and safe working practices.

• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised working environment.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.

• Must hold a valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT certificate.

• Previous Counterbalance FLT driving experience is essential.

• Previous PPT experience is essential.

• Relevant warehouse experience is required.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

• Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual warehouse duties.

• Must be able to drive and have reliable transport to and from work.

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work a rotating Monday-to-Friday shift pattern, covering both day and afternoon shifts.
