Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting Counterbalance FLT Drivers for an ongoing role in Corby. Valid Counterbalance FLT licence and previous counterbalance driving experience are essential, with warehouse experience preferred.

You will operate FLTs safely, move stock precisely, and perform general warehouse tasks while meeting productivity targets and following health & safety procedures. Shift is 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday.

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous Counterbalance driving experience essential.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and ability to undertake manual handling duties.

Counterbalance certificate. This is an ongoing opportunity with a reputable employer.

About the Role

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver's, your main duties will include:

• Operating FLT safely and efficiently
• Accurate handling and movement of stock within the warehouse
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
• Working to productivity targets while maintaining high standards
• Following all health and safety procedures
• 0800-1600
• Monday to Friday

Pay

• £13.00 per hour
• £14.00 per hour after 45 hours
• Weekly PAYE pay

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous Counterbalance driving experience is essential
• Previous warehouse experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to undertake manual handling duties
