Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Supply Chain Forecaster on a 6-month fixed-term contract at our Kegworth site. The role focuses on maintaining and updating volume forecasts, issuing review files, analysing forecast accuracy and driving improvement across SKUs and customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to support S&OP, monitor KPIs, and ensure data integrity across forecasting systems.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Experience in supply chain, forecasting, planning, inventory, demand planning, logistics or data-driven environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand forecasting activities to ensure accurate planning and optimise operational efficiency.
• Analyse forecast data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and other stakeholders to support the S&OP process.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain forecasting systems and master data, ensuring data integrity and system effectiveness.
• Investigate and resolve forecast exceptions, demand fluctuations, promotions, and supply issues.
