Refresco is seeking a Supply Chain Forecaster for a 6-month fixed-term contract at our Kegworth site. The role involves driving forecasting software, maintaining volume forecasts, and issuing review files to ensure accuracy.

You will analyze forecast performance, identify risks, and implement improvements while collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to support S&OP decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel abilities, and a data-driven

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Experience in supply chain, forecasting, planning, inventory, demand planning or related data-driven roles would be advantageous.
• Proactive mindset with ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Ability to influence decision-making through data.

Responsabilités

• Manage demand forecasting activities to ensure accurate planning and support service targets.
• Analyse forecast data, trends and customer demand to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and other stakeholders to support S&OP processes.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Maintain forecasting systems and master data ensuring data integrity and system effectiveness.
• Investigate forecast exceptions and demand fluctuations to improve reliability.
