Job summary

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is seeking a leader to manage and develop all domestic football development programmes, directing Programme Managers and Coordinators, and aligning strategies with the club’s DNA and strategy. You will ensure professional delivery of operations, logistics, and coaching across multiple education and development streams.

You will oversee budgets, KPI targets, and commercial opportunities, while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

Experience coaching within football development, academy, or education-based programmes.
Proven experience managing or leading a team of coaches with performance management and QA.
Experience managing budgets and delivering against KPI targets.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the department’s domestic football programme plan aligned with wider GFD strategy.
Lead on the management of all football delivery across domestic football development programmes.
Support the Football Development Manager with budgets and targets aligned to club strategy.
Grow and sustain the domestic model by pursuing commercial opportunities with internal partners.
Build relationships with domestic partners to support development and growth of domestic programmes.
