Job summary

Tottenham Hotspur is seeking a senior leader to oversee the management and development of all domestic football development programmes. You will provide direction to Programme Managers and Coordinators and ensure professional delivery aligned with club policies and coaching philosophies.

You will lead on strategy, design, and execution across the domestic programmes, while collaborating with internal teams to maximise recruitment, commercial opportunities, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum UEFA B Coaching Licence is required.
• FA Safeguarding Children Qualification is required.
• FA Level 2 Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF) qualification is required.
• Proven experience coaching within a football development, academy, or education based programme.
• Experience managing or leading a team of coaches with performance management and QA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the department’s domestic football programme plan aligned with the wider strategy.
• Lead on management of all football delivery across domestic development programmes.
• Assist with budgeting for domestic programmes and align with club strategy and commercial growth.
• Lead on growth of domestic model and pursue commercial opportunities with internal teams.
• Build relationships with domestic partners and connect with wider club partners for opportunities.
• Work with marketing to ensure domestic programmes have recruitment-focused plans.
• Support integration with other departments to align working practices.
• Lead procurement and contract/negotiations for domestic partnerships.
