Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a mobile role across prestigious Central London offices. You will join a family-run FM service provider and support on-site maintenance teams across multiple client sites in Chiswick, Mayfair, Liverpool Street and Tower Hill.

The role is Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, offering £40,000–£44,000 base, 23 days holiday, travel card, pension, and company-provided uniform, phone and laptop.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications City & Guilds Level 2 and 3.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled with fault-finding ability.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out M&E and fabric maintenance across all systems.
• Lighting: installation, fault-finding, lamping, ballast replacement, control panels and power distribution.
• Emergency lighting testing.
• Air handling units, fan coil units and HVAC systems.
• Building Management System monitoring (hot & cold checks).
• Air conditioning and cold water systems.
• Water treatment checks (temperature monitoring, dosing checks).
• Basic plumbing, including unblocking toilets.
• Escorting and coordinating subcontractors.
• Attending client meetings as required.
• Maintaining accurate site log books.

Are you an electrically qualified engineer with commercial building maintenance experience?

Fancy working across a portfolio of prestigious Central London offices for a well-established, family-run FM service provider?

This is a great opportunity to join a mobile maintenance team covering tenanted areas across a number of prestigious commercial office sites mainly within tenanted areas in Chiswick, Mayfair, Liverpool Street and Tower Hill.

You’ll work alongside on-site maintenance teams delivering planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites, for a business known for looking after its engineers as well as its clients.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

Key Duties & Responsibilities
