Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer for our FM service portfolio across London. You will work independently across multiple sites, performing planned and reactive electrical maintenance.

The role offers a salary up to £45-48k, door-to-door travel paid, a company van and fuel card, and standard benefits such as holiday and pension. Requirements include City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 Electrical, 18th Edition, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations understanding.
• Evidence of trade certificates must be supplied.
• Proven mobile or multi-site electrical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a mobile portfolio.
• Lighting installations, fault-finding, ballast changes and control panels.
• Power distribution fault-finding and repairs.
• Emergency lighting tests and testing/inspection.
• Complete job sheets and service reports for clients.
• Professionally liaise with client site contacts on site.

Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Door to Door Travel - London - Up to £45-48,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider covering a portfolio of sites across London.

You’ll be an experienced mobile electrical engineer, confident working on your own across multiple sites.

In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £45,000 with door to door travel paid.

Hours of Work

08:00 - 17:00

Mobile role covering sites across London and surrounding areas.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a mobile portfolio
• Lighting: installation, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes and control panels
• Power distribution fault-finding and repairs
• Emergency lighting tests
• Testing and inspection
• Completing job sheets and service reports
• Dealing with client site contacts in a professional manner
• AHU's / FCU's
• Water Temps
• General all round maintenance

Requirements
