Job summary

PRS LTD in Central London is seeking a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to support a portfolio of high-end commercial offices in Central London and the West End.

The role involves planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, EMI testing for emergency lighting and fire alarms, and maintaining HVAC plant room equipment with a clear progression path and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
• Perform Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testing
• Maintain HVAC systems and associated plant room equipment
• Service and repair pumps, motors, and related components
• Keep accurate service records using a PDA system
• Liaise with subcontractors for specialised tasks
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety and site regulations
• Conduct inspections and pre-empt potential issues

Salary:£45,000 – £50,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
