Job summary

Pertemps is seeking a Multi Skilled Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to support our contract management teams in London zones 1 and 2. The role involves PPMs and reactive maintenance across M&E services, using tablet logging and ensuring asset registers are up to date.

Applicants should hold Electrical Level 3 with 18th edition wiring regs, with field experience in building services. The package includes a competitive salary and travel support, with progression opportunities in a busy London

Qualifications

Electrical Level 3 with 18th edition wiring regs.
Proven experience in building services maintenance and PPMs.
Foot mobile electrical engineer based in central London.

Responsibilities

Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance across M&E services (emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plants, water treatment, boilers, chillers).
Use tablet to log and close PPM/reactive calls and maintain asset registers.
Complete detailed worksheets on tablet for additional works identified.
Follow maintenance schedules, safe working practices and method statements, ensuring paperwork is completed and submitted on time.
Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company.
