Job summary

We are currently seeking a Foot Mobile Engineer to work for a Building Maintenance Service Provider based in Central London. The role involves performing PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites and ensuring compliance with site procedures.

You will work between 4 and 8 sites per week, carry out first-fix repairs, monitor M&E facilities, and support the contract supervisor. Permanent or temp-to-perm opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in building services maintenance.
• Knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• City and Guilds electrical or mechanical qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.
• Maintain site compliance records and assist contract supervisor.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure first-fix repairs.
• Carry out daily inspections and planned maintenance.
• Support on-call system as required.
• Basic fabric tasks.
